Spotlight: Persistence and Progress in Palm Beach with Robert Posner
Robert Posner, CEO of New Day USA, a veteran mortgage lender, remains deeply committed to supporting both America’s veteran community and NewDay’s newest employees in 2021.
Our country has seen a lot in the past 14 months, but older Americans have been especially hurt by Covid. The restrictions on travel and other aspects of life have made it hard for them to get out and do things. It's been difficult for the younger generation, too, with huge economic upheaval and disruptions to their education and training. The uncertainties have caused a lot of fear and uncertainties for both old and young alike.
Fortunately, Rob and Zina Posner (formerly Zina Roberts) are doubling-down on NewDay USA's mission in Palm Beach to support America's veterans and train the next generation of specialist mortgage advisers who make home ownership a reality for our nation's finest.
Mr. Posner sums it up:
"This has been a challenging time for most Americans, and homeownership has never been more important to the financial well-being of veterans and service members."
But achieving this goal requires a dedicated commitment, and some big investments.
To help veterans and active service personnel, Rob Posner, the CEO of NewDay USA, is expanding the operations of NewDay USA’s with a brand new ‘second headquarters’ in West Palm Beach. The new HQ will eventually employ 600 people. The new HQ is a testament to NewDay USA’s dedication to helping veterans and active service personnel achieve the dream of home ownership.
With this move, Rob Posner and his team at NewDay USA is continuing to build their company by opening a ‘second headquarters’ in one of the nation's largest veteran communities; especially when it comes to helping retired service members to take full advantage of VA mortgage opportunities.
Rob's commitment to young up-and-comers is evidenced by the company's in-house training program: 'NewDay University.' NewDay USA's in-house training program provides new employees with a comprehensive industry education, to set them up for success in the mortgage banking industry.
This, in Robert Posner’s view, is simply another affirmation of NewDay USA’s core principles: “hiring teammates with integrity; investing in good times and bad; and fostering a culture of service."
It is also a good example of how, after Covid-19, corporate America can help those most vulnerable segments of our population achieve their dreams; whether launching a new career, or retiring in the sun after a lifetime of service.
